STONESETS INTERNATIONAL
Visual Merchandising (Showroom set-up) Project #2
Cebu City, Philippines
K I S H was asked to spruce up the showroom of Stonesets, the mother company of Vito Selma. The space is more than 1,200 sqm and it holds hundreds of furniture pieces and accessories from previous collections to the most current.
The challenge was daunting because there was no initial planning of anything. K I S H was faced with a collection of furniture in different finishes and colors, and there was only a window of 2 days to finish the set-up in time for their foreign buyers to arrive simultaneous with the 2011 Cebu Next.
The more than 1,200 sqm space can be overwhelming. During the day of the set-up, the initial plan was to group all related/same pieces together to give buyers more ideas. That idea was difficult with so many shapes and colors for one particular collection, so the new approach was to set it up like a house showing how the pieces can work together. It worked and the set-up was done in less than 2 days.
See some of the before and after pictures of the set-up.
