When my good friend Tanya Lara asked me to help her style her new place, I was just too excited to say YES! Then I found out that the house was designed by no other than by my friend Jason Buensalido, then all the more I got excited. When I saw the pegs of the house, I said it does not really need a lot of things because the structure itself was beautiful. It used to be an old house in the south with a courtyard. Jason gave it a very modern facelift and the result is a beautiful, clean, solid and very now house.
My only role was to pick pieces of furniture and a few accessories. Tanya reminded me to be mindful of the budget which I think is normal for every home maker. Again, I basically picked pieces and styled every space by mixing some of her pieces with the new stuff. The result is a very clean space that makes you want to remove your shoes and walk around happy.
